Partners' Aerials with Max & Amanda
This is a great class for intermediate students that have developed good familiarity with aerial aparati, and would like to branch out and explore working in pairs and groups! We will be working on lyra, trapeze, sling and split fabric, as well as special aparati!
You’ll learn lots of familiar maneuvers adapted for group work, lots more that are new and special to partners’ aerial. You’ll also gain experience synchronizing movements, designing routines, strategizing with friends, while learning to move about in the air in consideration of your aerial team. Exercising both support and trust are key!
This class is INTERMEDIATE level, which means certain skills must be demonstrated to the instructor before joining this class. See your beginner's pole instructor or contact us to see if this class is a good fit for you!
Clean, controlled pullover in the air
Fluid cross-backed straddle in both split fabric and sling with proper pelvic tuck
20 second long-armed hang, both arms at once
10 second long-armed hang, each arm separately

This class caps at 8, with multiple students per apparatus.

101 Lyra with Paige $30 per class From $19 per visit with 20 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll
Our 101 Lyra class is geared towards students brand new to aerial hoop as well as students learning and perfecting all the fundamentals! Whether you're coming from another aerial apparatus or pole dance, or just starting out on your aerial journey, Stretches and conditioning exercises will build your familiarity and strength to help you better move with strength and confidence in the hoop and prep you for Lyra 201.
This class is 101 level, which means there are no prerequisite skills or aerial experience necessary!
This class caps at 6, allowing for 1 person per lyra. This class works primarily on double point lyra.
Instructor: Paige Occasional substitutions of instructor may occur; In the event that an instructor is substituted less than 12 hours before class start time, cancellation fees for that class will be waived.
201 Lyra with Max From $19 per visit with 20 Class Pass pass No purchase required to enroll
This is a great class for all levels of students that have developed good familiarity with 101 lyra skills, and would like to branch out and explore! Pole students also find lyra to be a great cross-over apparatus!

- Solid straddle, delilah split, pullover and pike mounts.
Confident dancer mount to top bar
Comfortable supporting weight on one hand for 10 seconds min
10 second hang from elbow
