Split Fabric 101 with Ruth From $19 per visit with 20 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This class is for students who would like to apply their fabric experience to split silks, or pole students that would like to venture into aerial fabric! This is similar to the fabric you may have worked with in your intro and intermediate sling classes, but split into two sections with no sling. This fabric can also mirror many pole experiences, but now the pole wraps around you!

Climbing, locking and suspending your weight will further improve upper body and core strength, as well as active flexibility! Students will learn lots of core split fabric maneuvers and familiarize themselves with split silks foundations!

This class is beginner friendly, but if you are able to acquiant yourself with two basic skills prior to attending, you’ll be in even better shape to start your split fabrics class.

Prerequisites include:

  • Basic figure 8 footlock

  • Basic climb
