Open Level Pole Flow with Z
This class is a great next-step for students of all levels to work on transitions, build endurance, get inspirations for choreographies, and/or for those who just want to have fun!
Our open level pole flow focuses on a single routine for 4-6 consecutive weeks before moving on to a new one. This gives students the opportunity to acquaint themselves with sequencing moves, build endurance, and to develop and incorporate their own unique flow style into each routine. Consecutive attendance is NOT required; and routines are reviewed at the beginning of each class so that anyone can drop in mid-routine!
While students of all skill levels are welcome, this class is best for beginners with some experience and intermediate/advanced students. If you are able to acquiant yourself with three basic skills prior to attending, you’ll be in even better shape to start your pole flow journey! Recommended skills include:
• Outside Leg Sweep, also called “Dip Turn”
• Fireman Spin, also called “Outside Hook Spin”
• Basic Swing Walk
If you are unsure if this class is right for you, please ask an instructor!
