What's keeping you from your personal flexibility goals? In this class, we will work on passive and active flexibility, focusing on both group and individual points of interest.
Whether you're working on flexibility for flexibility's sake, or to improve your aerial, pole or dance form, this hour of flexibility concentration is a great compliment to your training!
This class is OPEN level, which means students will be expected to progress at their individual ability level, and progressions and regressions will be provided.
This class caps at 10, and works on the ground.
Instructor: Lori Occasional substitutions of instructor may occur; In the event that an instructor is substituted less than 12 hours before class start time, cancellation fees for that class will be waived.
