Aerial Silk Sling 201: Flow with Max
The next step up from 101 sling, this class focuses on sequencing intro level and challenging moves together, along with learning new moves that build off of the techniques solidified in our beginner level classes! In this class, you should expect to take all of your basics to the next level and challenge yourself with more complex sequences that can be used in flow to level up your practice or inspire future routines!
This class is INTERMEDIATE level, which means certain skills must be demonstrated to the instructor before joining this class. See your beginner's pole instructor or contact us to see if this class is a good fit for you!
Prerequisites include:
• Ability to perform a solid pull over from standing without a kick over
• Straight legged pull up to diaper wrap
• Ability to perform 1/2 cross back-straddle (Georgia twist) fluidly without instructor guidance
• Controlled elevated straddle back inversion, 5 second hold, slide to loop
• Comfortable being in the air for 2-3 minutes at a time
• Consult with an Instructor & Instructor approval
This class caps at 7, allowing for 1 student per silk sling.
Instructor: Max Occasional substitutions of instructor may occur; In the event that an instructor is substituted less than 12 hours before class start time, cancellation fees for that class will be waived.
